I am here to tell you about my recent experience with http://www.probikekit.com/index.php... I meandered to this web site earlier today looking some deals on spandex, which of course is ridiculously over priced. I mean comon its pretty much girls workout clothing... again, a whole other issue. But, to day I found an amazing deal on a plain set of bib shorts and jersey. I have been desperately searching for a plain kit I can sport at the races. Because unless you are a member of a pro team or a local team you cant wear pro kits. So, despite being destroyed, my Lotto kit is a no go.
So what did I find??? Well to those of you constantly demoralized by industry's Lycra pricing, you will be floored when I reveal my discovery... I was astonished. I found NALINI BIB SHORTS, standard black, for only 22 bucks... are you floored??? I mean are you serious, you can't find 5 season used no name bibs on EBAY for that cheap... these are brand new with no ball crust rubbed into the pad. I instantly bought 2, but stock is limited so I will give the links to hop on it.
Next item I found, was a matching NALINI BLACK JERSEY, nothing fancy here, just totally plain... but the price was perfect... 30 bucks. Great price, but again the bibs are even cheaper... you have to buy those quick.YES THAT PICTURE IS WAY GAY...
Finally I had to round these items off with a couple sets of Bianchi Black socks and a little black cap. I never thought would be so excited about sporting an ultra blank non descript kit, its really not my style... in fact it's very UN Euro of me, but black is slimming and way in right now.
